Information / FAQ

Questions before
the cargo moves.

What is your main freight route?

Our strongest and most frequent line is Guangzhou to Singapore. We can also arrange shipments to and from other countries; those routes are quoted by email based on the cargo and destination.

What is the difference between LCL and FCL?

LCL is for cargo that shares container space with shipments from other customers. FCL provides a dedicated full container and is commonly used for larger loads. We can recommend the suitable option after reviewing your cargo volume and handling requirements.

How does the Guangzhou to Singapore process work?

Your supplier delivers the cargo to our Guangzhou warehouse. We receive and consolidate it, arrange the shipment to Singapore, unload it on arrival and coordinate final delivery to your company.

Can you help with procurement in China?

Yes. Our procurement support can include supplier coordination, purchase follow-up and arranging delivery from the supplier to our Guangzhou warehouse for onward shipment.

Do you provide local transport in Singapore?

Yes. We provide local collection and door-to-door delivery, with manpower and suitable handling equipment for loading and unloading when required.

Can you handle FTZ clearance and delivery?

We support the document and cargo coordination needed to move goods from a Singapore Free Trade Zone and arrange delivery after the cargo has been cleared and released.

Do you handle event logistics?

Yes. We can arrange scheduled collection and delivery of event materials, displays and equipment, including venue drop-off and return collection where required.

How long does sea freight take?

Guangzhou to Singapore sea freight is typically around 10–15 days. This is indicative only; cargo readiness, vessel schedules, customs clearance and other operational factors can affect timing.

How do I request a quotation?

Use “Get a quote” to prepare an email with your origin, destination, service and cargo details, or email operation@sinnwanng.com.sg directly. For the most useful quote, include carton or pallet count, dimensions, weight, cargo type and preferred readiness date.
